Trump Convicted, But Undeterred: Runs for President Despite Felony
Donald Trump is the first person to be impeached twice from the presidency of the United States of America, and the same man has not abandoned his drive to be president again. Described as a criminal by the media and convicted on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records; however, Trump still retains the constitutional right to run for the presidency in the year 2024.

Currently, no law requires people with a criminal record not to obtain employment with the state or any other company.
As of July 11, Trump will have been charged on the specified counts and, therefore, will not receive a prison term. It is scary that New York will always charge a form of falsifying business records offense even if it does not jail first-time offenders.
Trump says that the procedure is going to be appealed; the penalties, thus, may not be enacted before the election. If he is to be elected, then he must be able to decline federal cases against him as well as slow down the state actions against him till after the term.
