President Joe Biden has issued a warning to Iran. He warns on behalf of the United States not to get involved in the Hamas Israel Conflict. The warning comes as the experts fear an ever bigger regional conflict. Meanwhile, air strikes from the Israeli government around the Gaza Strip are causing people living in the area to leave their homes.
Israeli jet planes have launched air strikes, with the residents of Gaza being the target. The air strikes were a measure of retribution for the Saturday attacks by the Hamas militant organization. The Hamas attack killed over 1,200 people, injured nearly 3,000, and caused widespread damage while taking multiple hostages.
On Thursday, officials of the Israel military announced that they were to carry out a “large-scale strike” that targets Hamas in Gaza.
Number of deaths in the Gaza territory has gone up to about 1,200. A huge number of people are wounded, too (around 5,600).
President Biden’s best diplomat, Antony Blinken, has gone to the Middle East as a symbol of Washington’s unwavering support for the people of Israel. The US government wants the safe release of captives held by the Hamas militants. Apparently, the US is trying to keep situations under control to stop a bigger war from breaking out.
Blinken visit will include Jordan but not the territory of West Bank that is under Israeli occupation. Biden says that the military ships and aircraft that are near Israel are a warning signal to Iran.
“We made it clear to the Iranians: Be careful,” Biden has warned.
